SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION
Effortless and Fast Range Setup
"TrueScore10 provides versatile network configuration options - hard-wired Ethernet, Wi-Fi and hybrid.
The core of the network is the TrueScoreTM server, which runs the ESA software. The target devices and shooter monitors communicate directly to the server. That provides all management options for the shooting range administrator. The options include device mapping, lane assignment and other important network configuration options."
"The most reliable network configuration. In this case, all targets, shooter monitors and networking equipment are connected using hard-wired Ethernet cables. This is the preferred option for fixed installation shooting ranges, shooting competitions and ranges with 5+ lanes as this configuration provides the ultimate network performance and reliability."
"A robust, yet convenient alternative to the pure hard-wired Ethernet network is to connect your target devices via Ethernet, but for the shooter, monitors use a Wi-Fi connection. Such an option enables the possibility to quickly change the shooting distance as you can easily relocate the shooter monitors without being worried about interfering with the cable layout. It is a good option for ranges where mixed-distance shooting disciplines are taking place."
"Each TrueScore10 target is equipped with its own Wi-Fi module, therefore it is capable to communicate with the server through a wireless access point. This is a good solution for smaller shooting ranges with up to five lanes. In such a scenario, both the targets and shooter monitors are interconnected using a wireless connection. This is the most flexible of all network configuration options as it allows easy relocation of all target devices."
"The local area network and the networking equipment is specific for each shooting range. Such things as range layout, number of targets and other range specific characteristics should be taken into consideration when building your network. Our team is here to help you define the most suitable network connection for your range."
